Perfectly muted blush rose in color, this puree is fresh and bright on the nose with underlying sweet, almost tropical essences. On the palate, it’s tangy and full of early summer poignancy, with a lightly sweet, soft acidity and underlying vegetal notes. Oregon Fruit Rhubarb Puree pairs perfectly with kindred fruits like Apricot, Blackberry or Blueberry.
