Three ingredients. One shaker. Zero prep list.

The Marionberry Bramble is a gin sour built around Marion Blackberry Smooth Pourable Fruit — dry gin, fresh lemon juice, and a fruit base that's already done the work of pureeing, straining, and balancing sugar so your staff don't have to. Shake it hard, strain it over crushed ice, and it tastes the same whether it's poured in Bend or Boston.

That consistency is the whole point. Marion Blackberry Smooth Pourable Fruit is shelf-stable and ready to pour, so multi-location programs can put it on every menu without training every bartender on a fresh-fruit process — or hoping "fresh" means the same thing at every bar on every Tuesday.

One note worth putting on your own menu: marionberries aren't just blackberries grown in Oregon. They're a distinct cultivar, developed in Marion County and grown by farms across the Willamette Valley, with a deeper, winier flavor than a standard blackberry. It's a real point of difference — the kind guests notice, and the kind competitors' well drinks don't have.

Oregon Fruit Co. has been sourcing fruit from growers across the Pacific Northwest, and beyond, since 1935. We know the farms that do it right, and we get it into a bottle your bar can actually use.
