Our aseptic plum puree is crafted from rare Italian plums grown in our own Willamette Valley, a region known for its ideal conditions and rich agricultural heritage. We chose these plums because they deliver a deep blue-purple color and clean, fruit-forward flavor that outshine more common varieties. With only a handful of Italian plum growers left in the Pacific Northwest, our long-standing relationships ensure access to this exceptional fruit at peak ripeness. The result is a smooth, vibrant aseptic puree that brings orchard-fresh character and striking color to beers, ciders, sauces, and more.
