100% Oregon Marionberry Puree, our newest limited release, is pure, darkly purple in color with magenta undertones. On the nose, it’s light and fresh. The palate is stunning with a brightly tangy backbone, complemented perfectly by forward notes of jammy berries and a rich earthy flavor. It’s clean, not at all muddled, making it the perfect fruit puree for sours, smoothies, blondes and barrel-aged styles.
