1/2 oz Oregon Fruit Company's Smooth Mango Shelf Stable Pourable Fruit
1/2 oz apple cider vinegar
1 oz Oregon Fruit Company's Prickly Pear aseptic puree
1 oz tequila
1/2 oz simple syrup
Club Soda

Instructions

Servings: 1 cocktail
  1. Mix apple cider vinegar and OFC Smooth Mango Shelf Stable Pourable Fruit to create a mango shrub
  2. Pour Prickly Pear aseptic puree, mango shrub, simple syrup, and tequila into cocktail shaker and shake with ice
  3. Pour into chilled martini glass and top with club soda
