Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups (600g) Oregon Fruit Aseptic Cranberry Puree
- 1 cup (600g) Oregon Fruit Pineapple Limeade Refresher Concentrate
- 2 1/2 cups (600g) Water
- 1/2 cup (140g) Lime Juice
- 1 bottle (1200g) Dark Rum
- 2 cups (480g) Campari
Instructions
- Combine everything in a large container with lid.
- Store refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Serve 5oz batched cocktail over crushed ice in tall glass.
Garnish with Fruit:
- Pineapple wedge
- Lime wheel
- Cocktail Cherry
Top with Float:
- Club Soda
- Ginger Beer
Blend into Slushie:
- Blend with equal parts ice or equal parts water in a slushee machine
