Ingredients:
- 5oz. plain yogurt
- 4oz. Mango Smooth Pourable Fruit
- 3oz. milk
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom
- 1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 Cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 oz. roasted, salted pistachios, chopped
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the yogurt, Mango Smooth Pourable Fruit, and milk. Blend until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cardamom, whipping cream, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip together with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
- Pour the lassi into a glass. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pistachios.
