makes 1 gallon (24 cocktails)
Ingredients:
- 1 qt (1000g) Oregon Fruit Aseptic Cranberry Puree
- 3qts (3000g) Water
- 12 small Limes

3 cups (600g) Sugar
- 1 can (400g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Instructions
- Wash limes well, cut off ends and cut into eighths.
- Add limes, sugar, and half the water to a blender. Pulse until limes are broken up. Do not over blend to avoid bitterness from the pith.
- Pass through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher or container. Add remaining water, Oregon Fruit Aseptic Cranberry Puree, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk to combine.
- Serve over crushed ice.
