ASEPTIC

PUREES

Best for full fruit expression. Purees offer rich flavor, vibrant color, and a true-to-fruit profile — especially in fruited sours, smoothie beers, and pastry stouts.

They’re easy to dose, shelf stable, and perfect when flavor impact matters more than clarity.

ASEPTIC

CONCENTRATES

Great for high-throughput brewing, lighter styles, and beverages that require clarity.

Concentrates are 3–4x stronger than purees, so you use less. Lower solids mean easier filtration, better clarity, and less tank loss — ideal for ciders, seltzers, and beers where visual polish matters.
