We own and operate our production facility in Salem, Oregon. Every batch of product is meticulously evaluated for quality, food safety, and an overall customer experience.
All fruit we purchase is subject to strict guidelines on brix, pH, size, color, and flavor to ensure the end product is reliable year-round. This provides you with a consistent, high quality ingredient to create with.
