Paid Time Off (PTO)

Oregon Fruit offers generous paid time off, including vacation, sick days, and holidays, encouraging work-life balance and time to recharge when you need it.

Paid Vacation

All production & warehouse roles are eligible for paid time off (PTO) after 1 year of service, with the following scheduled increases:

Year 1: 1 week (40 hrs)
Year 3: 2 weeks (80 hrs)
Year 7: 3 weeks (120 hrs)
Year 15: 4 weeks (160 hrs)
Year 20: 5 weeks (200 hrs)

Paid Sick Time

All full-time employees earn 48 hours of sick time a year.

Paid Holidays

10 days per year, plus your birthday!
