The Manhattan doesn't need much. Rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, a few dashes of bitters — and the right cherry.
Most Manhattan recipes treat the garnish as an afterthought. It isn't. The cherry is the last thing you taste, and with a fruit-forward, clean-label cherry finished with Jacobsen Sea Salt, it quietly pulls the whole drink together — a touch of sweetness, a hint of salt, a firm bite that holds up to the end.
Oregon Fruit Co. Cocktail Cherries are made from whole dark sweet cherries grown in the Pacific Northwest, packed in their own cherry juice without artificial color or artificial flavor. No bleaching, no dye, no corn syrup. Just real fruit from the place that knows cherries best.
This is the Classic Manhattan. Simple, spirit-forward, and worth making right.
