1/2 oz apple cider vinegar
1 oz Oregon Fruit Company's Prickly Pear aseptic puree
1 oz tequila
1/2 oz simple syrup
Club Soda
Instructions
Servings: 1 cocktail
- Mix apple cider vinegar and OFC Smooth Mango Shelf Stable Pourable Fruit to create a mango shrub
- Pour Prickly Pear aseptic puree, mango shrub, simple syrup, and tequila into cocktail shaker and shake with ice
- Pour into chilled martini glass and top with club soda
