- 1 can Oregon Fruit Products Blueberries Classic
- 1 refrigerated Pie Crust
- 1/8 cup raw Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Water
Instructions
Servings: 8-12
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line an edged baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour a clean work surface and unroll the refrigerated pie crust.
- Use a 1 1/2" biscuit butter to cut your pie bite circles out of the refrigerated pie crust.
- Place 3-4 blueberries in the center of each circle. Sprinkle each one with a little sugar on top.
- Fold two sides of one circle like a taco. Then grab the adjacent sides and pinch the corners. This will make a pocket for the blueberries.
- Brush each bite with egg wash. Place each bite on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
