Ingredients
- 1 can Oregon Fruit Products Rhubarb in Strawberry Sauce
- 2 stick of Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Squeeze of half a Lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add in butter and sugar into mixing bowl, and mix until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg. When the egg is fully incorporated, beat in lemon juice.
- Add in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until you reach a doughy consistency.
- Gently fold in the rhubarb and spread mixture into 9inch square baking pan.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, just until the edges become golden. With a toothpick insert the center to check fore doneness, should be moist not wet. Let cool on a rack.
- Spread the glaze over the blondies. Let the glaze set before slicing, and enjoy!
